How do I get Microsoft to cancel an invoice they say is mine but is clearly addressed to someone else (whom I do not know) on the invoice?

I keep getting an invoice from Azure that says I owe them money. If they would only look at the invoice, they would see that it is clearly addressed to someone else who has the same first name as me. I have made numerous attempts to try to figure out how to address this issue with no results. Please bring back the days when you could talk to a real, live human being!!!

    Hi Kathy S,

Check the account linked to your Azure services to ensure it is not mistakenly associated with someone else’s account. Sometimes, even if the name is the same, a small difference like an email address or billing address could cause issues. you can re-update your address again to check if the invoice information has changed.

To update your billing address in Microsoft Azure, sign in to Azure Portal, navigate and click "Cost Management + Billing" there under the "Billing profile", click on "Properties" and look for "Sold-to address" or "Billing address", then click "Edit" update the address information and click "Save".
