@Irfan Hossain, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know we have configured conditional access policy to require device mark as compliant. For SUMMIT Mobile access, it is blocked but from Fincademy, it is allowed. Before going on, please confirm if the access are from the same Android device?
Meanwhile, please check the sign in log to check the detail of "Basic Info" and "Conditional Access" to get more error of the failed request.
