How to assign Defender for endpoint server licenses on Windows server 2025

Hi~
我們已經有為公司的Windows server 2025購買Defender for endpoint server授權了，但是使用MDE onboarding腳本上線後，在Microsoft Defender 入口網站或Intune上都沒有看到這幾台servers，只有在Azure的適用於雲端的Microsoft defender上有看到這幾台servers，但是卻顯示目前正在試用授權中，我們該如何使用我們所購買的Defender for endpoint server授權呢?
