    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.

Based on the description, I understand your question is related to sandbox.

The error "No mapping between account names and security IDs was done. (0x80070534)" typically occurs due to issues with user account configurations or security settings.

Open the Run dialog with Windows+R. Type regedit and hit Enter. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GPExtensions{827D319E-6EAC-11D2-A4EA-00C04F79F83A}. Locate the key named ExtensionDebugLevel and set its value to 2. Restart.

Open the Run dialog with Windows+R. Type mmc and hit Enter. In the MMC window, click on File and choose Add/Remove Snap-in. Add Local Users and Groups and select Local computer. Create a new user with the required credentials and restart.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Molly
