Activation of Microsoft Founders Hub sponsorship

Hi,

although there was a limit in our Microsoft Founders Hub account, the sponsorship ended because the designer team did not check it.

My Azure Foudners hub sponsporship ended and turned to pay-as-you-go model.

I created a ticket regarding this and stated that I wanted to receive the sponsorship again and today I received an e-mail stating that the sponsorship had started again as below.

User's image But when I check my Azure account I couldn't see any active subscrition or any sponsporhip as below.

How can I verify that future expenses will be withdrawn from the credit in the Microsoft Founders account? If there is a place on the site where I can check this, I would be glad if you could provide information.

Go to Azure Subscriptions billing blade: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Billing/SubscriptionsBlade and look for a subscription with the startup name and Status should be Active. But based on your screenshot, I cant see any subscription.

Is it possible, The sponsorship subscription is linked to a different directory? You can switch directory here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devtest/offer/how-to-change-directory-tenants-visual-studio-azure

and check the other directories you have.

If this does not resolve you will need to wait for priority support if you have one or contact https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

Since your Founders Hub sponsorship transitioned to a pay-as-you-go model and then reverted back to a Founders Hub sponsorship. And given that you are unable to see any subscription, I recommend verifying whether your account has been activated or not? if not,

Please follow these steps to ensure your account is active:

Sign in to Founders Hub.

On the Home page, locate the "Activate your Azure Account" section and click the "Activate Azure" button.

Follow the on-screen instructions in Founders Hub to link your Microsoft account and complete your registration.

Additionally, it would be prudent to check if the subscription is linked to a different directory.

Please try these steps and let us know your findings.
