Failed to create DP on windows 11

I tried to create a new DP on windows 11, but it failed to distribute content to the new DP, I checked the distmgr.log get the error message:

Failed to open certificate store "xxx.xx.xx" (0x80070035)

Failed to UpdateIISBinding

SMSDP::CreateVirtualDirectory - Failed to CreateVirtualDirectory SMS_DP_SMSPKG$ for DP xxx.xx.xx using smsdp, error = 80004005. Will retry in 5 seconds

    Ensure the DP server meets all prerequisites for SCCM, including supported OS versions and roles/features.

    Confirm network connectivity between the SCCM site server and the DP.

    If the issue persists, consider removing the DP role and reinstalling it.
