Hello, Can the client view employee progress on Viva Learning without accessing the admin center? Can the client add quizzes? Is there a system of certifications or badges upon course completion?

    Can the client view employee progress on Viva Learning without accessing the admin center?

    Usually, clients do not have access to employee progress in Viva Learning until they go into the admin center. Progress tracking and analytics are usually done in the system settings, requiring admin access for other users to view them.

    Can the client add quizzes?

    Viva Learning does not allow for the creation or addition of quizzes within its platform natively.

    Is there a system of certifications or badges upon course completion?

    There is a badge or certificate system for course completions in the Viva Learning system.
