    Hi,

To create a Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) using an existing Azure virtual network, follow these steps:

    1. Prerequisites:
      • Ensure you have the necessary permissions in Azure and Configuration Manager.
      • Verify that your Azure subscription is active and linked to your Configuration Manager.
    2. Set Up the CMG:
      • Open the Configuration Manager console.
      • Navigate to the Administration workspace.
      • Expand Cloud Services and select Cloud Management Gateway.
      • Click on Create Cloud Management Gateway in the ribbon.
    3. Configure the CMG:
      • On the General page of the wizard, specify the Azure environment (e.g., AzurePublicCloud).
      • Choose the deployment method. Starting from version 2203, the only option is to use a Virtual Machine Scale Set.
    4. Select the Existing Virtual Network:
      • During the setup, you will have the option to select an existing virtual network in Azure.
      • Ensure that the virtual network has the necessary subnets and configurations to support the CMG.
    5. Complete the Setup:
      • Configure the primary site for client certificate authentication.
      • Add the CMG connection point site system role.
      • Configure the management point and software update point for CMG traffic.
      • Configure boundary groups to include the CMG.

For detailed instructions, you can refer to the official Microsoft documentation on setting up a CMG12.

If you have any specific questions or run into issues during the setup, feel free to ask!
