Assistance Needed: Unable to Locate Microsoft Partner ID in Partner Center

Hello everyone,

I'm desperate and can't find my Microsoft Partner ID anymore. When I go to the Partner Center and check under "Identifier," it doesn't show anything and i have register allready 3 years before for Partner.:

    The next problem is: How can I create a ticket if it always shows this message: My nerves are slowly fraying with these complications... and its also not possible to create a Workspace.

    Can any Support help me, even when i call several Number it tells me to go on partner.microsoft.com.....
