We are using MS office 2016 & LTSC 2021.
Users inquiry how to configure the Track Changes in MS office word.
The are 3 options of balloons in Track Changes.
However, user ask for the display of track changes can be Show Revision in Ballons AND Show Only Comments and Formatting in Balloons.
It means show the change at left hand side (e.g. Deleted Test) AND show the change in body. (E.g. test

Yes, you can configure Track Changes in Microsoft Word to show revisions both in the balloons and in the body of the document. Here's how you can do it:
Go to Review- under Makeup group- select small arrow in the bottom right corner- you can set the Comments and formatting in the balloons and the Reviewing Pane:
You can also customize how these changes appear (e.g., color, underline, strikethrough) in Advanced options...:
By following these steps, you will be able to see comments and formatting changes in the balloons on the document, while insertions and deletions will be displayed directly in the text.

I have demo your proposed to the users however this is not their excepted.
They excepted the track change can show as the last one. is it possible?
Are you saying that you want the markup, such as Deletions, to display both in balloons and as strikethrough in the document text? As far as I know, that can't be done.
