Unable to download Office for the first time

I have recently purchased a product key for Office 2024 Standard Edition. I start by entering my product key at setup.office.com. My product key gets me to a 2nd page with terms and conditions. I click the redeem. I am taken to a 3rd page where I can select 32bit or 64 bit versions. Both selections lead to a 4th page saying "Service Unavailable. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." I have tried this several times over several days with the same result each time. I have looked in my subscriptions on my Microsoft account and there is no option to download or install office from there. I would like to be able to use the product I have purchased. Please advise.

    Try a different browser or device Sometimes, browser caching or cookies cause issues. Try using:

      Incognito/private mode
      
         A different device if available

         **Check your Microsoft Account** Go to [account.microsoft.com/services](https://account.microsoft.com/services) and log in with the **same Microsoft account** you used when redeeming the key.
         
            If redemption was successful, you should see **Office 2024 Standard** listed there with a **"Download"** option.
            
            **Still not working? Try direct install links** Microsoft sometimes lets users install Office using the Office Deployment Tool or volume installer if it’s a Standard edition.
