    Is the issue affecting just one user or multiple? Have you tried opening the Company Portal app and signing in with the UPN in question? If multiple users are affected then you may have bigger issue in hand involving PRT tokens. Also check if the Intune licensing is intact for the affected users.

    @Aswini, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the device we do sync, please check if the primary user of the affected device is the same as the one we sign in.

    Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, find the account, click info, and then choose sync to see if MFA authentication is prompted. after the authentication, check if the sync can work.

    On the affected device, check if the windows is with latest update, if not, update and see if the issue is fixed.

    Make sure the network requirements are all met. Also check the date and time on the device is correct.

    In addition, to know if the issue is with the user or device, try to enroll another device with this user to see if it can sync.
