Hi Team,
As per the report from Intune, I can see 2k devices are having error code (0x87D1041C) showing "The application was not detected after installation completed successfully".
Can you please provide your input on it.

From your description, I know you have deployed an application but get the error code 0X87D1041C in Intune portal.
Based as I know, the error code 0X87D1041C means the application was not detected after installation completed successfully, which is generally caused by an Incorrect detection rule specified during the creation of the Win32 application deployment from Intune.
To fix this problem, we can validate the Detection rules (Application product code, Registry key, Files, or custom script) from the Detection rules tab when editing the application. Make sure that you have provided the correct details to detect the application.

FYI- 97% devices are compliant, and we are facing detection issue in 3% of the devices. Majority of the devices are newly built machines or migrated from W10 to w11. Also, we haven't done any changes in the detection key.

Since some of your devices were upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11, for detection rules, there may be some difference from Windows 10 to Windows 11, by the way, could you please share with us what kind id detection rule have you configured? Registry? MSI? or File?
You can also try to create a new win32 app and change the detection rule for them and deploy it to see if it can success.

We have used file system detection for this specific application.

Based as my experience, sometimes the detection rule will not detect the file even if it does exist on the targeted devices, so, please try registry detection rule or if the app is msi, you can us msi detection rule.
Moreover, could you please confirm us that did the affected device are Windows 11 or Windows 10 mixed with Windows 11?

I have checked the blogs, but they were showing the detection individually. As we don't have OR condition in Intune. That's why I need custom script which comprise both file system and registry detection have OR condition in one script.

Since you want to use the OR condition to detect whether app installs, it is suggested that you refer to the method mentioned in the link to create a custom script and comprise the two detection methods to define the file system or registry detection method, use or to connect the two detection conditions, and then determine whether one of them is satisfied, if it is satisfied, it will return success, otherwise it will fail.
