Hello,
I hope someone can help me out with this challenging problem.
Iphone 13 is enrolled via Apple business manager to MDM Intune.
I created a device restriction policy and used custom .mobileconfig profile to disable the "Learn from this App" function in Siri on all apps.
According to Intune, the policies are successfully applied but on the iphone the setting is not turned off or greyed out.
I restarted the iphone and did not help either.
Iphone has the latest iOS 18.3.2 update.
also used the apple configurator with siri restrictions but did not help.
i contacted apple support and their are investigating it from the ABM side, still waiting.
has someone experienced this before?

@rajen, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, I find device restriction policy settings for iOS use Apple's restriction settings. But from the Apple's mobile device management settings site link, I don't find the setting can disable the "Learn from this App" function.

I notice you have open case with apple, please double confirm the setting with Apple support to see if it is available.

The device restriction policy settings for iOS does not have the option to disable the function, i even used the settings catalog and was unfortunate.
Once i have heard from Apple support, i will share it.
