I suggest you try to Update the Registry:
- Open the Registry Editor by typing
regedit
in the Windows search bar and pressing Enter. - Navigate to one of the following paths:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins

- Look for a folder named
TFCOfficeShim.Connect.16
. - Double-click on
LoadBehavior
and set the value to3
. - Close the Registry Editor and restart Excel.
