Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am experiencing issues enrolling a Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+ with HyperOS in Microsoft Intune. After the “Setting up device” step, the process returns to the “Pick an account” screen without completing the enrollment. This error occurs in an infinite loop.

I would appreciate any support in resolving this issue or information on whether this is a known compatibility problem with HyperOS. Is there a planned fix or a possible workaround?

Thank you for your assistance.

@Bernhard Stropnik, Thanks for posting in Q&A. After checking the list of Android Enterprise supported devices, I find that Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+ is not in the list of supported devices. That is to say, we will not be able to enroll these devices using the Android Enterprise method. Therefore, problems arise during enroll. You can contact Xiaomi and Google support to see if this model can be added to the list of supported devices in the future.

Note: No Microsoft link, just for reference.

For these devices, you can currently use MAM to manage them in Intune. Here is a link with more details.

I hope the above information can help you.

    Hello !

I have the same behavior for a Redmi Note 14.

But as you can see in your link, Redmi Note 14 is certified for Android Entreprise. (He wasn't few days ago)

I have upgraded the phone at is latest system update and reset it to retry an enrollement but no success.

    have you any idea ?

    Have a good day,

    @LUTIGNEAUX Yoann

It worked for me now. I just had to install the updates manually first.

So the steps are as follows:

    1. Start the phone without Intune and without a GMAIL account.
    2. Once it's running, go to Settings and tap on About phone.
    3. Then manually install the updates until you reach version 2.0.1.0.VOPEUXM.
    4. Reset to factory settings.
    5. Start the Intune enrollment – and it works!

Best regards and good luck, Bernhard
