My Name is Shah Baig, MCP since 2008. I subscribe for M365 and Azure for training purpose and before this trail period I cancel my subscription but after that suddenly I got the mail your data is safe with us till date and so on date you can download before that like, but yesterday night when am online attending live in Microsoft Ignite event suddenly my Desktop system restart and my all data with windows corrupted, again another laptop when I login with Microsoft ID to event again it's same thing happen In my laptop also, and getting mails to my mobile access teams and M365 and some one is accessing my mobile also my data lost, again iam going install same thing happening, please kindly help I have 2 daughters and no other resource for me except teaching to my students.

Please kindly it's a humble request to help out of this. What i did wrong if I subscribe anything after I can't afford am unsubscribing to that.

Please help and support me.

    Hello,

    Based on my understanding, did you mean that your computer became corrupted after you logged in with your Microsoft ID to the Microsoft Ignite event (the same thing happened to your laptop)? After that, did you receive emails on your phone indicating that someone is accessing your mobile device and that data on your mobile is lost?

    From what I gather, your main requirements are:

    1.Recover the data on your desktop and laptop systems.

    1. Secure your Microsoft accounts.

    Is this correct?
