    1. updates done
    2. not done. tried multiple users both azure and local. Once logoff lock up in about 10 minutes
    3. clean boot same issue
    4. we removed the azure user using another and deleting folder and registry entries and reboot and add user back, seems ok.

    Hello,

Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check if there are any pending Windows updates and install them if available.
    2. Reset your Azure AD credentials and try logging in again. Also, you can try creating a new user account and check if you can log in successfully.
    3. Check if there are any third-party applications or services that are causing the issue by performing a clean boot. And, run a full virus scan on your device to ensure that there are no malware or viruses causing the issue.
    4. A user reported that, he solve the auto-login issue by disabling the “For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in” option in the Sign-in options under Accounts in Settings.

If the problem persists, please check whether there are related errors in the event viewer and provide more details.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Jacen Wang
