    1. Go to the Microsoft Update Catalog website.

    1. Download the update patch to your computer.
    2. Copy the update patch to the drive.
    3. Insert the drive into the server where you want to install the update.

    According to the image you provided, it is for Azure environment.

    If you don't have an Azure environment, you don't need to install this patch.

    You need to install patches referring to this link, such as KB5051979. This is a security cumulative update, just install the latest one.
