    Hello,肖恩·巴勃罗

You can try the following steps to fix the problem:

    1. Reset the update component and clean up the component residue, run CMD with administrator privileges and enter the following commands in order

    net stop wuauserv

    net stop cryptSvc

    net stop bits

    net stop msiserver

    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\ SoftwareDistribution.old1

    net start wuauserv

    net start cryptSvc

    net start bits

    net start msiserver

    dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

    Reboot your device

    1. To execute the System Repair command, in the search box on the taskbar, type Command Prompt, select Run as administrator, and then execute the following commands in order:

    dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    sfc /scannow

    Best Regards,

    Chengxili

Thank you, I will try to run the commands once I have some down time at work to see if that resolves the issue and get back to you with the results.

So I was able to run the commands with no issues until I got to the "sfc /scannow" , after the scan was done I got an error stating "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them." Along with a log file path........

Once again I am trying to manually install the KB's to my Server 2019 that is a standalone system, so I'm downloading both KB's manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog and everything installs just fine until I do a restart on my Server then it error's out and uninstalls the KB...........

When I check Windows Updates I get the failed install with error code 0x800703f1 , I have more then enough disk space so not sure what else it could be.........

Were you able to get a resolution that worked for you on this? I'm having a similar issue and am not sure how to proceed. Re-imaging is not a good option for me.
