I just got a USB Bluetooth adaptor for a new mouse and keyboard. However, where do I get the driver so I can install this device. I run Windows 10

Most USB Bluetooth adapters are plug-and-play on Windows 10. Windows should automatically install the required drivers when you plug it in.
You may also open Device Manager > Bluetooth device (may be under Unknown Devices) > Right-click it and select Update Driver.
Another option is visiting support site of the manufacturer to download and install the compatible driver.
