The attached error keeps occurring at random when attempting to access MS Teams mostly on my organization’s team members iOS based devices but we also have some android users reporting the same error popping up. What error is being referenced/what is occurring that kicks the users out and is there a fix for this?

    Hi @Christopher Langley

Can users who cannot log in to Teams on mobile be able to log in on the Teams desktop client or web client?

If all clients cannot log in, contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to run Teams sign-in diagnostics for the user.

You can also run the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer diagnostics to help you troubleshoot the issue.

If the issue only occurs on mobile, try uninstalling Teams and reinstalling it, and report the issue in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Just solved the same issue with the same error code.

    Sharing my method here.

You should remove the account cache in Authenticator on your mobile for the related account.

Note that you should remove the cache for ALL APPs instead of Authenticator only.

I guess the error happens if the authorization information(cache) mismatches between two apps.

Because your account is still authorized, but the app thinks you're not on your mobile.
