Error After Enabling RemoteFX: Licensing Mode Not Configured for RDP

I have been connecting to my windows server with RDP for years without any problems.

I wanted to Enable RemoteFx to Redirect USB Devices in Windows and following this guide:

I added the Remote Desktop Services features in the server manager.

The remote FX works correctly, so that's good.

But now I get the error message:

Licensing mode for the Remote Desktop Session Host is not configured.
Remote Desktop Service will stop working in 118 days.
On the RD Connection Broker server, use Server Manager to specify the Remote Desktop licensing mode and the license server.

I'm not sure what to do:

• Will I still be able to connect with RDP like I've done for years after 118 days and can I just ignore this message?
• Do I need to pay for an extra license to enable RemoteFx?
• Do I remove Remote Desktop Services features in the server manager to revert back to when it was working without a ticking time bomb?

Any help would be appreciated.
