    Hello,

    Please try the following steps.

    Reset the network settings:

Open a command prompt (run as administrator), enter the following command and press enter:

    netsh winsock reset

    Reboot the computer.

    Check the network connection:

Make sure your network connection is working properly, try disabling and re-enabling your network card, or restarting your router.

    Change Remote Desktop settings:

Open Remote Desktop Connection and click on “Display Options”.

In the “Advanced” tab, click “Settings” and select “Do not use RD Gateway Server”.

    Disable network level authentication:

Right-click “This computer” and select “Properties”.

Click “Remote Settings”, under “Remote Desktop”, uncheck “Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with network-level authentication”.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
