Sharepoint Online Top Right Edit and Publish Button Disappear

Hi, anyone know why my page dont have edit button on the top right even though i hv the full control of the permission access. Even though I access from the Pages in Sharepoint, it still the same. This page is my parent page, and other pages inherit parent also the same.

I not sure is permission issue or what, but right now I have the full control and it shows some messages which i not quite understand..

    Hi @Cheong Pei Zi,

    Per my research, you could try to add the user to the members group or otherwise grant [Edit] or [Contribute] permission level to the user. Also you could try to log in the user in another browser such as firefox.
