Actionable Adaptive Card Registration - What is a support URL?

I'm in the process of building an adaptive card for Outlook and had begun the registration process, however after checking back it appears that this was declined.

When checking the reason it was due to the support URL, would anyone be able to help shed some light on the expectations of what needs to be provided or maybe an example of a support URL for a global adaptive card please?

Regarding the setup process see below:

I am using the AE Dev Dashboard (https://outlook.office.com/connectors/oam/publish)"outlook.office.com")

I have registered my adaptive card with Microsoft as i wish to make it global so i can use it externally, i have previously registered 2 other adaptive cards but they were approved internally as i was testing and these all worked fine after our admin approved them.

However due to this being a global request it requires approval from a MS Admin, which has declined the request on the following basis:

Timestamp: 10/08/2024 09:07:13

Admin: a***** Email address is removed for privacy ****

Comment: "Please provide the right support URL and resubmit."

Status Changed: From PendingApproval to Declined

Due to the support URL not being accepted and not being able to find any examples online, i wanted to ask the community if they have any examples of adaptive card support URL's they may have to get an idea of what MS are expecting so i can submit another request to register the adaptive card with an acceptable support URL.

Many thanks in advance

Grant.
