I am trying to set up a new company email on my mobile device and I am getting an error message stating that I need to un-enroll from company portal and then add my new email. I no longer have access to my old company portal how do I fix this?

    Hi, @Unti, Sean

Can you provide more information so that I can troubleshoot accurately?

    1. Can you provide a screenshot of the error?
    2. What is your device?

Judging by your current description, it is possible that your device is still managed by the old company, and you can try it Remove your iOS device from Intune | Microsoft Learn

More information can be found Unable to install new work email/tools due to previous employer device management - Microsoft Q&A

For better troubleshooting, I will add "Intune" tag for you.

@Unti, Sean Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, if it is an iOS device, please try to remove the management profile in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management in this device. It will remove your devices from intune.

Or it is suggested to contact your old company administrator to wipe your device.

    Hope it will help.
