Hi you have a few options first make sure you check your quota limits and if allowed up the limit (if youre using Azure ai products) if youre using copilot studios check on you limits in you dynamic 365 setting . if youre using the copilot for desktop or Iot then there is limits unless you get the pro or business version. also check to if youre browser cache needs emptying. i hope this helps.
