The action when closing the lid does not work

Hi, very strange problem, made an Intune configuration for Windows and after applying it, the action when closing the lid stops working. This functionality is configured, it is applied, there are no conflicts, you can see in Windows that the parameter is set correctly, right now it is sleep. But as soon as you close the lid, the screen goes blank, lift it up and there is no sleep or lock screen. Setting the shutdown also does not give any results. There were attempts to use powershell, oma-uri to force action setting, the function is set in the control panel, but the action does not happen. Can you tell me what the problem may be?

It should work like this: I close the lid-sleep/lock the screen to enter the password1

    It looks like you are using old Admin Templates. Try the Settings Catalog. Intune's admin templates are going away, becoming obsolete.

    From your description, I know you have deployed Intune policy for configuring close lid action and it has been successfully applied to the device, and the control panel in the device also shows that the settings related to it have been changed, but when the laptop is closed, it still doesn't appear to operate as it should, this problem may be related to Windows, and it is recommend that you seek more help from Windows support.
