I have a copy of Office 2019 Professional Plus Installed on (Windows 10 Pro Ver: 10.0.19045) it shows

installed and in the uninstall list it shows as Office 2019 Pro Plus and no other version of Office listed there. But if you go into Office/launch the app and check account under file it shows Office 2019 Pro Plus is activated if you click the Show additional Licensing Information and it also shows in that same screen Office 2021 Pro Plus is not activated and keeps popping up asking us to activate the 2021 version and that you have until November 29th 2024 activate. See pic below

I have used the office scrub/uninstall tool from Microsoft named ‘SetupProd_OffScrub.exe’ and no change so we are not sure what to do next any help or direction on this would be much appreciated.

    Hi @Helen Ralston

I suggest you search "CMD", right-click the "Command Prompt" and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command below in it, click Enter at last:

    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

(If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system)

    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

You may share us with the screenshot with the command results.

Check whether there is Office 2021, if yes, please remove it by typing the following command with its Last 5 characters of installed product key (I replace it with XXXXX, but what you type in is what you see on your computer) in this interface:

    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX

(If the 32bit version of Office installed on a 64bit operation, run the following command)

    cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /unpkey:XXXXX

Any updates, welcome to post back.
