    Hello,

Error Code 80192EE7 is typically related to issues with connecting to the Microsoft Office 365 server or could be due to issues with your Office installation. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Update Office: Make sure you have the latest updates for Office 365 installed. You can do this by opening any Office application, going to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
    2. Sign Out and Sign In: Sometimes, simply signing out and then signing back into your Office account can resolve the issue. Go to File > Account > Sign Out. After you sign out, close all Office applications and then reopen them and sign in again.
    3. Clear Office Credentials:
      • Press Windows + R, type Control Panel, and press Enter.
      • Go to User Accounts > Credential Manager.
      • Under Windows Credentials, look for entries related to Office 365 (they might be labeled as MicrosoftOffice16_Data: orgid). Remove these entries.
      • Restart your computer and try opening Excel again.
    4. Repair Office:
      • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
      • Find Microsoft Office in the list, select it, and choose Change.
      • Select Quick Repair and follow the on-screen instructions. If this doesn't resolve the issue, try the Online Repair option.
    5. Firewall/Antivirus: Make sure that your firewall or antivirus is not blocking Office 365.
    6. Temporary Files: Clear your temporary files:
      • Press Windows + R, type %temp%, and press Enter.
      • Delete all files in the folder that opens.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu
