Hello,

I have a new phone and had to restore the Autheticator.

Now almost all accounts require "action" >>>"Scan the QR code provided by your organization to complete the recovery of this account"

Where can I find these QR codes? I have several accounts and most of them have this message.

Best regards

You can't if you did not save them.

The way to resolve this is to request for Product Support to reset MFA for the affected users. Contact Product Support with the email address for the affected user.

If you have other social accounts or non-microfosoft accounts you need to contact their support for those accounts

    Hello,

I backed up all accounts via iCloud backup and installed them on the new phone. There are a lot of accounts from different organizations and that's why I'm wondering why it's even possible to back up the accounts if you can't restore them on a new cell phone.

    Best regards
