Hello Azure Community,

I’m trying to request a quota increase for the following VM families in the West Europe region:

  • Standard NDAMSv4_A100Family
  • NCASv3_T4 Family

Here’s the issue I’m encountering:

Managing Quotas via Portal:

  • Navigated to Azure Portal > Subscriptions > Usage + quotas.
    • Selected the specific resource (e.g., A100 family) and clicked Request Increase.
      • After filling in the desired limits, the process consistently fails with the message: "Unsuccessful."
      Creating a Support Request:
          - Attempted to create a support ticket for the quota increase.

             - The portal redirects me back to the **Usage + quotas** page, suggesting I can manage this myself.

                - This creates a loop, and I’m unable to submit a formal request for assistance.
          ```Questions:
  1. How can I escalate this to Azure Support or ensure the request goes through successfully?
  2. Has anyone experienced a similar issue with quota increase requests, particularly for specific VM families?
  3. Are there alternative ways to contact Azure Support to address this directly?
Thank you for any guidance you can provide!Hello Azure Community,
    Hi Samuel Muwonge,
    Welcome to Microsoft QnA!
    There are some families of Vms where you need to Open a Support Ticket :
    Kindly read ahead :
    Apart from this I would like to know what kind of support plan is purchased for this subscription. You can check under Azure portal-> Help +support->Support plans.
    Hope you an active support plan, that will allow to create a Quota Increase Request. Is there any recent RBAC changes under for this subscription? What are roles assigned to your account currently?
    Azure offers various support plans tailored to the specific needs and requirements of businesses and organizations using Microsoft Azure cloud services. These support plans provide access to technical assistance, guidance, and resources to help customers make the most of their Azure subscriptions.
