Hi iquattrov2oper (power user),
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A platform.
Based on your question description we understand that you are Unable to view expiring Virtual Machines - Reservation instance information.
Here are a few steps you can follow:
Go to the Azure portal and navigate to Reservations. Select the reservation you want to view. If you can’t see the reservation, it might be due to permission issues or the reservation might be scoped to a different subscription.
Check you have the necessary permissions to view and manage reservations. You need to be an owner of the existing reservation or the subscription.
You can refer to this link Who can manage a reservation by default as well for more detailed information.
If you’re looking to renew your reservations, you can set up automatic renewal. In the Azure portal, select the reservation and click on Renewal. Choose the option to automatically purchase a new reservation upon expiry.
Below is the process to create reservation renewals:
- You must be an owner of the existing reservation.
- You must be an owner of the subscription if it has a shared scope.
- Go to Azure portal > Reservations.
- Select the reservation.
- Click Renewal.
Select Automatically purchase a new reservation upon expiry.
