    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

When a resource cannot be brought online, event ID 1069 will be logged on the server hosting the resource. I recommend that you check the event log to see if there is any relevant error information when reproducing the problem. You can refer to the following link:

Here is a thread with a similar issue to yours. I suggest you try the methods there to see if it can solve the problem.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1135487/whfb-sign-in-failed-contact-your-system-administra

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Hey,

Check if your disk is connected properly on every node in the cluster. What do you have as a shared storage in your cluster? The issue might be related to a Network card working not properly. Might be helpful:

    Might also help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/bringing-a-csv-volume-online-times-out-when-lots-of-vss-snapshots-are-accumulated-in-windows-server-2012-r2-5149edb4-f79e-3c51-a51c-d411c436046f

In addition, you should try running cluster validation.

You can try using StarWind VSAN as a shared storage alternative. StarWind VSAN provides replicated shared storage for failover cluster. Check for more: https://www.starwindsoftware.com/starwind-virtual-san
