According to my research, older versions compatible with iOS 15.8.2 are no longer available on the Store. You may want to check if your iCloud or other backup service has a backup of any apps.
If possible, consider updating your iPad to the latest version of iOS. The system upgrade also helps ensure the stability of your remote desktop application.
