hello

I have a problem with my laptop

that is, after the memory is full, I delete one file, I don't remember the name of the file, after that it does not open office programs, i.e. word, powerpoint, excel, etc.

then i went to the internet to search for a solution to the problem and i tried to install and i got a window like the picture

I need your advice

In general, I need Office programs to open on my laptop because I need them

    Hi @Elnur Rahimberdiyev ,

    please verify if there is a file named configuration.xml in the folder c:\office 2021.

    Based on the screenshots you executed setup/configure configuration.xmland got the error message. There is space missing in front of the /. Please try setup /configure configuration.xml (with a space between setup and /). Source: Install Office LTSC 2021 by using the Office Deployment Tool

    According to the picture above, please check the "configuration.xml" in your command, this .xml file is not found in "office 2021" folder.

    I suggest you find and move the "configuration.xml" to "office 2021" folder, or you can create one via using Office Customization Tool. Please note, put this .xml file into "office 2021" folder, and then install Office using command like setup.exe /configure configuration.xml.
