When I turn on my computer, it says “Enable the Windows Security Center service, Windows Security Center service is disabled, click or tap to enable. Big red X.” I clicked on it and it doesn't work, it won't start, it reports an error, what's wrong with this? How can I fix it?

Another thing is that there is no Microsoft Store to install apps in the Store, how can I install Microsoft Store?

Win10 is the system on top of ZTE's Pad Remote Control cloud computer, the version is: windows 10 enterprise edition LTSC 1809 17763.6414

Please help to provide a solution, thank you.

    Hello,

    1、Run Services.msc:

Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.

Scroll down and find the “Security Center” service.

Double-click it and set the “Startup type” to “Automatic (Delayed Start)”.

Click “Apply” and then “Start” to manually start the service.

If it fails, note down the error message.

    2、Check for Disabled Services:

Make sure that the services upon which the Security Center depends, like the “Remote Procedure Call (RPC)” service, are not disabled.

    3、Registry Check:

Press Win + R, type regedit and press Enter .

    Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wscsvc

Ensure that Start DWORD value is set to 2 for automatic start.

The Microsoft Store is not included in Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) by design, as this version of Windows is meant for specialized systems that require long-term stability and don’t typically use apps from the Microsoft Store.

To get the Microsoft Store, you would need to install a different edition of Windows 10 that includes the Store, such as Windows 10 Pro or Home. Upgrading or changing your edition of Windows would typically require a valid license for the new edition.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
