Hope you are well
I've been trying to set up clarity for our website but, unfortunately, haven't been successful. The platform kept showing errors despite the fact that the codes have been present in GTM
- First, the platform showed that it was not able to connect with GTM
- However, in fact the tag was actually installed in GTM successfully
- When I clicked again on the "create and publish" button. It then shows that there's already a tag
I've done it with direct integration, GTM template and manual installation. None of them are allowing me to start the clarity recording - dashboard and record have not been available.
Can you please help? Thanks!
