Requesting For Exam Rescheduling and Profile Correction

Dear Microsoft team,

I hope this message find you well. I was scheduled to take PL-300 certification exam on Oct 2nd, 2024, but unfortunately, I was unable to proceed as the test center did not allow me take exam due to a mismatch between my name on exam registration and my ID proof.

I understand the importance of these processes, I kindly request your assistance in rescheduling my exam as a one-time exception.

Thank you very much for your understanding and support. I look forward to your response and guidance on the next steps.
