I can't login into my account because it says "it doesn't exist" but im logged into it in some platforms?

Ive been trying to login into my account for a while now and it just wont let me because it says that it doesnt exist (im writing this from a new account), but im logged in into that same account in microsoft store and the minecraft launcher for PC (I just got logged out the Xbox app)

thing is, it asks me to make a new account when logging in, which im afraid of since i dont know if it will mess up anything and possibly even make me lose my bought games associated with it.
