Unable to view performance diagnostics insights in Azure portal

I've installed the Azure Performance Diagnostics vm extension on a base Windows 10 VM. The extension itself appears to be running great. The logs on the VM do not show any errors and when I trigger a 'on-demand diagnostics' i see the results in the associated storage account. From the VM I can view the storage account container and tables that are stored there in the associated storage account. From what I can tell, according to the VM, everything is running fine.

But when I'm on my local browser, wanting to view the Performance Diagnostics insights, I get this error.

If I check the Settings gear I see this...

From my laptop I can use an app like Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer and view all of the diagnostic settings and data just fine.

For some reason, the Azure Portal doesn't like something in the setup or configuration.

I've checked the configuration of the VM Extension and the storage account name is there and the access key is there. Like I said earlier, on the VM the Performance Diagnostics extension itsself appears to be working fine on the VM.

The issue appears to be, behind the scenes, in the Azure Portal.

What other things should I check ?

The Storage account has private endpoints and the DNS appears to resolve those correctly.

The Storage account, I tried switching the network access to being public but that did not alleviate the issue.

My account does have Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts/listKeys/action access to the storage account. Does something else needs the list keys action too ?
