On the partner portal on developer profile the status is rejected, no more information

We are trying to publish our own solution in the marketplace portal but honestly the process is a nightmare, and we are a very experienced team as we have done this in another providers, anyway, let me focus in the issue.

Home > Account Settings > Legal info > Developer profile I find the status in Rejected. All the information about company and contact is filled, but when I try to undertand why the request for developer has been rejected I dont see any information. Only a "Fix button" but I press the verification process starts again, but after a few seconds if I update the status is rejected again.

I have modified the contact info several times and everything is ok but we are not able to continue and we are not able to understand why.

Any update or reference to find where we can read some information o reason about the issue is appreciated.
