Will Cloud Services (extended support) instances be impacted by MS project to turn-off TLS 1.0 & 1.1? If so, when?

Will Cloud Services (extended support) instances be impacted by MS project to turn-off TLS 1.0 & 1.1?

I've seen Oct 31st 2024 as a date for the start of this project with some services being immediately impacted. Will Cloud Services (extended support) be effected at this time, or is something scheduled for later?

    I checked with internal team on this and can confirm that as TLS 1.0 and 1.1 is a legacy security protocol and it will be retiring centrally for all products.
