Entra Private Access ... just not working

Hello! We are testing Entra Private Access, but cannot get it to work. Got it set up according to the doc; https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/global-secure-access/how-to-configure-quick-access -test web app, connector server, access client, forwarding profile to the app, user access... all in place.
Network traffic collected in the client picks up the traffic here and labels it "Tunnel", but browser just times out
Traffic logs in Entra (Global Secure access-->monitor-->traffic logs):
Some pointers to get this to work would be of great help!
