Failed deployment of resource for Bing Search API
I'm unable to create a resource for a bing search api. I keep getting failed deployment message that says "The resource validation failed. (Code: ResourceCreationValidateFailed)".
I have an active subscription and I'm filling all the boxes in deployment request. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

2024-10-03T08:28:23.3366667+00:00 Still nothing? How are we supposed to operate as a business if such critical services stop working and nobody is telling us what is happening? How long is this supposed to take? Does nobody at Microsoft run unit testing, integration testing, and so on before making changes?

2024-10-03T08:50:47.5866667+00:00 Hello, same problem here also.
Actually, a couple of days ago I created a resource group for deploying bing search api v7. It worked for a few days. Then, it started to give errors. On the Azure console, on try me section, it says "ListKeys" permission on this Bing resource is required"
Now, I can 't delete that resouces. I tried but it isn't deleted.
Also, I can't create a new resource like others.
