where to download and install Visio 2013

I have a stand-alone license for Visio 2013. How can I install a stand-alone Visio without having to upgrade my MS365/Office.

    Office 2013 is out-of-suppport since 2018, therefore you won't find a public download.

    You would need a subscription.
