Unfortunately, this should be a by-design behavior in Microsoft Edge Android. The avatar on the top left will appear as the "Green Heart" icon if you are a member of the family group. This means you are managed by your family.
If you would like to have it customized, please consider contacting your family group owner and asking for admin permission of the family. The avatar of the admin account won't appear as the "Green Heart" icon, i.e., it shows the customized avatar.
