Hello Community,

I have followed all the configuration steps to enroll PKCS Imported Certificates on our corporate pc with a third party provider and set up Intune connector for our iOS/Android Devices. Although it is successfully deployed, Android users can see their cert on Outlook, but iOS users cannot. The smime cert is visible under phone Settings->General->VPN & Management->See more details of management profile, but Company portal does not bring it as a notification to continue the set up. There are no errors on the profiles/policies, and installing the certificate manually works.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution?

We are using Device BYOD enrollment

Does the notification are turned off ? It's listed as a possible factor if the enrollment don't complete its tasks in such deployment method.

Users with enabled app notifications receive a prompt to return to the Company Portal app to complete the required device registration. Users with disabled app notifications aren't alerted to this requirement.
