Why can't I access my Azure subscription with the Founder's Hub credit?

I got added to a team in Founder's Hub, and we should supposedly have a $1000 azure credit. However, I am unable to see the credit/subscription in Azure. Is there anything special I need to do to activate the subscription? Thanks in advance.

    Hi @ChokSheak Lau

Verify that you can access your organization's Founders Hub portal. You should be able to access the Azure portal with that same registered account and see your teams Azure resources. Credits should be displayed on the Cost Management blade. See Founders Hub Portal | Microsoft Learn for more information and guidance. Started off with a brand new email account and it works now. I have to say that there is something buggy here that I cannot pinpoint, and the old email is defunct in the Founder's Hub/Azure Portal setup now.
